Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Rescheduling:
a. If a client needs to cancel or reschedule their appointment, they must provide at least 48 hours' notice to allow the studio to make necessary adjustments.
b. Clients who cancel with less than 48 hours' notice or fail to show up for their appointment will be subject to our cancellation policy, which includes a non-refundable deposit forfeiture.
